Customer Experience (CX) Associate

Floravere is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience (CX) Associate to live and breathe our mission of empowering brides to feel amazing. From providing styling advice to troubleshooting orders to scheduling appointments, our CX / Bridal Concierge Team is the heart of our business and the personification of our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional service and foster nurturing relationships with Floravere brides via phone, e-mail and live chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions
  • Manage scheduling calendar across all/multiple markets including confirmation calls, appointments verifications and rescheduling
  • Share customer feedback in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience, including product and design feedback to help inform future collections
  • Support ad-hoc projects and help with administrative and operational tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer service focused environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Calm and action-oriented under pressure
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Contagiously positive, friendly, 'can-do' attitude

This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles HQ in West Hollywood / Larchmont.
